Serving the Kingdom for over 35 years

For 20 years prior to serving as a pastor in a regional church, Gary worked as a banker, employed first by Citibank. Later, at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City and London, England, he held the position of Vice President in the technology field as an information engineer. A private, New York-based corporation also employed him as Chief Operating Officer for their five businesses.

Cindy was a uniformed court officer in the state of NY. She is a licensed and ordained minister and served as a staff Pastor for over two decades.

Gary and Cindy are actively involved with other businesses, churches, and Para-church ministries. He and his wife, Cindy, founded Upward Call to guide and assist businesses, churches, and Para-church ministries in growth strategies, making room for the expansion of God’s Kingdom. Together, they train leadership, assist with strategic planning, and provide counsel for the operational and financial aspects of a growing business, church, or Para-church ministry.

Gary and Cindy have been married since 1976 and have two children: Adam Vincent (who is married to Elizabeth) and Scott James (who is walking on streets of gold with Jesus).
