UPWARD CALL is a full-service consulting company, providing you with solutions to problems, advice for change, analysis to assess the health of your organization, cost-saving methodologies, and growth strategies. Every business, church, and para-church ministry encounters challenges, especially with the shift we have seen in the past several years in our national as well as global economy. Often an outside agent is necessary to assist leaders to see sometimes even the simple solutions to what appears to be a complex issue or concern.

We can assist you with an initial evaluation of a situation or work with you through resolution of a problem, implementation of an idea, or simple changes needed for growth. You decide at what level and for how long you need our service.
We will make ourselves available by phone, Skype, or whatever conference medium you are most comfortable with at no fee. If you consider engaging us to assist you, we will make an initial visit to your site and spend a day with you for a small fee and reimbursement of travel expenses only. Again, no fee will be assessed for an initial phone consultation, and you can have as many people on the conference call as you want. You getting to know us is most important. Relationship is what it’s all about, and we understand not every match is made in heaven.
We have available to us a team of professionals we will recommend if your needs are outside of the scope of work needed to resolve your everyday or long-term challenges. That’s why we call ourselves a full-service consulting company. We don’t carry the overhead of staffing with experts in every field which saves you time and money.

How do we get started?
